2025 Gill Family
Founders Scholar
Match Challenge
Established in 2014, the Sigma Chi Founders Scholarships honor academic excellence by awarding $10,000 annually to seven outstanding undergraduate brothers, selected by Sigma Chi’s Scholarship Committee. Since 2022, funding challenges have limited the program to just one award per year.
Through the generosity of the Gill Family Foundation—including Significant Sig Jeff Gill (Southern California ’78), his wife Tricia, and brother Scott—the Foundation will match up to $30,000 in donations through July 15, 2025.
This matching challenge aims to fund all seven scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Your contribution supports exceptional Sigma Chi brothers who excel academically, lead in their communities, and strengthen their chapters, making a lasting impact across North America.
