Bell Chapter Challenge
Make a direct impact on your home chapter, or an undergraduate chapter close to you, with designated academic and leadership development scholarships through one of our dedicated endowment or annual support options.
Transforming our Sigma Chi chapters and the leaders of tomorrow.
Since 2018, Sigma Chi has focused on equipping members with skills to excel in their post-college careers through the Transformational Leader™ program. Designed to develop critical leadership abilities for undergraduate brothers, the program fosters skills like critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and team-building to lead chapters and thrive in future workplaces. By offering leadership certificates^ as stackable credentials and digital badges as career marketing tools, the program delivers a unique, immersive leadership experience, setting Sigma Chi apart in the interfraternal community.
To further support its members, Sigma Chi is committed to providing annual academic and leadership development scholarships to deserving undergraduates. The Thomas Cowan Bell Chapter Challenge invites alumni to endow (or annually support) their chapters with top-tier educational resources, empowering future Sigma Chi leaders to make a lasting impact on campuses and in communities.*
Your tax-deductible gift—whether one-time, monthly, or annual—can ensure your chapter’s vitality and support its ongoing success for years to come.

^ Sigma Chi created Sigma Chi Leadership Institute, its own learning service provider accredited through Middle States Association-Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS), to develop courses proven to increase our brothers’ ability to receive increased responsibilities and an expedited rate of promotion in their workplaces, and an increased base pay in their employment.
*Chapters presently supported by annual or endowment-level gifts from dedicated alumni, on average, produce higher GPAs, hold more leadership positions on campus, are more active within the communities, and have substantially fewer conduct issues.
